Great long weekend with 7 friends. We booked all the bottom floor (3 rooms) and had an amazing time as looking over the pool and easy to catch up, sit outside and just enjoy the facilities. Kevin & Wendy the managers are more than accommodating and extra friendly. I will stay again and recommend as close to every thing you need and a relaxing holiday. Ps the Japanese that Kevin recommend is the best

This was an extremely clean unit, well located in Maroochydoore. The gentleman at the front counter was extremely friendly. The unit was spacious and had a well maintained beach style decor (Christmas decorations included). Overall it was obvious that this hotel is owned and maintained by people that care about their customers.

“Kevin and Wendy were very good to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. They are very thoughtful hosts and have a lot of little added touches like the complimentary membership at the surf club which is a short walk away. The unit was very clean and all ready for us on arrival. Everything worked and the only complaint was the lack of storage for food. The WIFI worked great for us. The pool was clean and inviting. It is also in a protected area so it’s good if the weather makes the beach less desirable.”

“What outstanding accommodation! My husband and I had this facility recommended to us but we were not expecting such a high quality of accommodation. The rooms were clean and maintained impeccably. The resident managers treated us like family. They have a vast knowledge of the area and were available 24/7 for anything.

“As a single Dad with 3 kids. We stayed in one of the two bedders on the ground floor. We were there for 10 days. Everything we needed was there. The rooms were very clean. Kevin and Wendy bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed and their knowledge of the area and things to do with kids was even more helpful.
The beach is a one minute walk away. Shops and restaurants were also very close and handy.
Will definitely stay there again in the future.”

My partner and I’s stay here was unexpected after JQ cancelled our flight and moved us to a morning service. Kevin was the man working the front dest and he was super helpful. He stayed back after closing reception hours to wait for my partner and I to arrive. Usually they do not allow 1 night stays but he accommodated us for one night for a good price. We got the last room. The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. Would of been perfect for a small families trip to the coast. The location was perfect, 1min from the beach and food. Thank you to the Burlington for all your hospitality !

I Recently stayed at the Burlington 11th thru 18th February 2018. The apartments are within close proximity of Cotton Tree, Maroochydore and Mooloolaba Beach.
It’s such a great place, from being greeted by Kevin & Wendy the onsite Managers you can just make yourself at home in one of the 17 guestrooms.
They all have good features being kitchens with refrigerators and microwaves. 32-inch LCD televisions are provided, with satellite programming available. Conveniences include irons/ironing boards, housekeeping is provided weekly, and cribs/infant beds (surcharge) can be requested.
The outdoor pool is a must amongst the Tropical garden that has that Bali feel to it.
If you feel like a nice relaxing evening take in the view from a rooftop terrace and a garden with its Barbecue Grills.
For a really value for money in clean accommodation you really look no further. The Burlington did tick all the boxes.

I highly recommend this place. The apartment was very clean and everything you needed. Great location to the beach and shops. And 10 stars to the mangers very pleasant and friendly. They gave my son a little gift which he absolutely loves.

My holiday was with my 3 young grandchildren, very happy with apartment, a good size ,everything you would need was supplied, washing machine cloths dryer dish washer, bath and shower , walking distance to beach, shops, surf club and secure parking. We were very happy with our stay and apartment. It was spotless and the managers were very helpful and friendly.Area was great and walking distance to clubs and many other eating places. A small supermarket down street plus butcher and bakery. A good takeaway over road. We will use this facility again and would really recommend.

we spent 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment which had everything we needed. great central location to explore the sunshine coast from. nice pool area & private parking. staff were very friendly & gave us directions to nearby attractions.

Location is fantastic, room was clean. I stayed for work rather than a holiday so no WiFi was a bit annoying. It was nice and quiet. The stairs didn’t bother me, but I might have needed a breather half way up if I’d been on holidays and enjoyed a few to many alcoholic beverages 🙂

“Recently had an extended stay here. Great location. Walking distance to the surf club, great Indian restaurant across the road & 5 minutes walk to the bowls club that has excellent Chinese, Cotton Tree shops close by.
Managers Don & Nelda were extremely helpful & understanding of our situation. The unit was clean , comfortable &chad everything we needed. Highly recommended, would definitely stay there again.”

“My family and I stayed here during our two week trip from Canada. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely and very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the laundry machines right in the suite. We had a great balcony overlooking the pool which we couldn’t keep the kids out of even though the beach was only 1/2 block away. Close to Sunshine Plaza, a fantastic pizza place (Mama & Papa’s Pizzeria) which also had amazing gelato. Only a 20 minute walk into Mooloolaba. We will be definately staying again when we come in a few years.
